Boris M. Palchuk President Safety Director

The President of MML Construction is Boris M. Palchuk. Under his leadership, the company is poised and ready to meet the needs of customers looking for quality steel building erection.

Boris Palchuk has an extensive background in aerospace, electrical mechanical engineering and heavy equipment manfacturing management. He holds several graduate degrees and with approximately thirty years of management experience, Mr. Palchuk is well qualified as the leader of MML Construction and its work force.

In addition, Boris Palchuk personally directs the company's safety and quality control programs. Mr. Palchuk has MML Construction stationed to continue their committment toward quality workmanship and total customer satisfaction for many successful years to come.

The MML Construction estimating and field supervisory functions are under the direction of Gary Bicher.

Gary Bicher Estimating and Construction Supervisor

Gary joined the company in 1977 working as a steel erection laborer. He learned his trade well becoming a field foreman in 1985. Mr. Bicher exhibited outstanding field management, product knowledge and decision making qualities sought by office management. He assumed the position of estimating and has served in this capacity since 1986.

A graduate of Eastern Lebanon County High School and Mansfield State University, Mr. Bicher strove to exert his education and talents within the company. He took on the task of advising the field supervisors on future work. Also, he took on the responsibilities of both job calander scheduling and daily field crew scheduling. Finally, he completed the natural progression into the field supervision. In this position, a general contractor is likely to deal with Mr. Bicher both on the phone and in person on the job site.
